Who We Are

"Criminal

• The Criminal Division represents individuals charged with Felony and Misdemeanor offenses from arraignment through trial and sentencing, as well as Felony and Misdemeanor Petitions to Revoke Probation.

• Civil
  The Civil Division handles Child In Need of Aid cases, and represents minors in Juvenile Delinquency cases, and individuals subject to Civil Commitment proceedings.

• Appellate
  The Appellate Division handles appeals statewide for Criminal, Child In Need of Aid cases, Juvenile Delinquency cases, as well as Post-Conviction Relief applications and Parole hearings.

• Administrative
  The Administrative Section provides statewide administrative services and support to the Agency’s thirteen offices."
