How to file a Complaint about a Utility Company with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska

Before you can file a complaint with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska:

The Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) will not accept a complaint unless you first try to resolve the problem directly with the utility. The utility may just fix the problem.

 

After you have tried to resolve the problem with the utility you can submit a complaint and you may ask the RCA's Consumer Protection section for help at:
