COVID-19 Elder Service Provider Information

Finding legal assistance for elder Alaskans during the COVID-19 crisis.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is especially important to make sure elderly populations are not exposed to the virus but are still receiving the legal assistance they need. If you are an elder service provider and would like to refer an elderly patient to ALSC you can still do so through an easy online referral tool called the "Elder Risk Detector Survey." This survey addresses housing needs, financial concerns, health care matters, and elder abuse. Once completed, the survey is automatically sent to ALSC and our intake team will then follow up directly with the elder over the phone. There is no need for physical contact and therefore no risk of exposure to COVID-19.
